M4 iMac

The NEW M4 iMac – Everything You Need to Know About

Apple Device

All right so one of the most highly anticipated Tech products from Apple this year is the iMac and it’s set to have a bit of an upgrade according to the leaks so let’s talk about this is the M4 iMac let’s go over the raw stats links and sources down in the description. The iMac is Apple’s all-in-one desktop device that combines power with convenience starting at a price of $1,300 and that is allegedly going to be the same for this year’s model which is a great start let’s see what the newest version comes with. Design and Display Specifications Prising the new iMac will be the same as the previous generation it will be 24 in share that same minimalist chin design with still surprisingly no Apple logo present Etc. The screen itself allegedly won’t be seeing an upgrade which is fine given the IMAX display is quite solid already. Connectivity and Port Improvements But in terms of connectivity there will be an alleged small upgrade. For the previous generation iMac the higher tier version only sported two Thunderbolt USBC ports in addition to two standing as a small upgrade for this year Apple will be shipping at least with the higher tier version four Thunderbolt ports. That means you’ll be able to do more with your USB C’s and hopefully that also means more ports for the standard model which only had two USBC ports for the previous generation. Ideally for the accessories that come with the iMac they will all thankfully be converted to USBC as part of Apple’s continued approach to update its devices with these standard Port. This would be great from a consumer standpoint and mean that we won’t need to use multiple different chargers for much longer. Internal Performance and RAM Upgrades On top of those another upgrade to the list would be the internal specs. Succeeding the M3 chip the M4 processor brings far better performance to the iMac jumping from an 8 core to a 10 core CPU in addition to other small features netting an alleged increase in performance of of 20 to 25% which would be astounding for the device. Plus the iMac is rumored to receive a ram upgrade as well with the base model coming with 16 GB which would be so much better for consumers making it possible to run many different programs. Storage Expectations Storage wise though there hasn’t been any new information on whether this iMac will receive an upgrade but if Apple could just make it start at 512 GB of storage that would be so much better for consumers but we’ll see what happens. And we’ll see very soon because this iMac is scheduled to be released fall 2024 likely late October to early November when the next Apple event takes place. Final Verdict: Is It Worth the Upgrade? So will the new iMac be worth calling an upgrade let’s get on to my verdict. So the new iMac it’s definitely a nice little upgrade from what came before. Apple’s always done really well with these iterative upgrades although they may not bring a lot of groundbreaking things to the table these small upgrades are great for just adding a few important internal features and then ironing out any issues with the past design. They’re really good stuff and for this iMac that sentiment is no different. Apple if these leaks are accurate will upgrade your iMac essentially at no additional cost. In fact if the iMac stays at the same price you’re getting a far better bang for your buck with this new iMac generation it’s a serious win-win. But there are some small things I wish Apple would add to the iMac like more storage and more ports. By bringing in those two things more of those two things the device would be absolutely fantastic. I’m rather eager about the new Macbook Pros being released later this year that I’ll make a article on soon so stay tuned for that but for the iMac it’s not bad at all the leaks look good and if accurate will surely satisfy most of you out there just make sure it fits within your needs. That was my leag rundown of the new 2024 M4 iMac what do you think will you get one let me know in the comment section down below. My name is serus it’s spell like Cyrus ptic Seer just take of the T thank you very much for reading and have a wonderful day.

M4 MacBook Pro

I Used the M4 MacBook Pro for 1 Year | This is My Experience

Apple Device

One year ago, I made a crazy investment. One that had to be worth it and then some. Did that happen? This is the M4 MacBook Pro one year later. Let’s talk about it. My Configuration and Specs On your screen right now are the raw stats of my laptop with personalized upgrades in the processor, storage, and RAM departments from the base configuration, leading to a total of approximately $3,000. This is the space black 14-inch model sporting a beautiful display, a great tactile keyboard, and a large trackpad for excellent ease of usability. This MacBook consists of a full metal thin chassis that manages to be light and portable while also powerful. Workflow and Daily Use My laptop is used mainly for my YouTube channels, for editing, exporting, and uploading videos, thumbnail creation, and motion graphics like the ones on your screen here. Videos per channel varies with different quality standards for each production from 5 to 10 minute videos on this channel to 1 to two hour videos on another and even 30-hour ones. So, I cast a wide net in regard to pushing this laptop to its limits. On top of that, because it’s a laptop, I’ve taken this MacBook Pro all over. So, I’ve seen how it performs in a variety of different locations, temperatures, and of course, with different tasks. Performance Review So, how well does it do? Well, let’s move on to the performance section. Without a doubt, this thing is fast. Incredibly so. I jumped from a 2019 Intel MacBook Pro that is still relatively powerful, but for my workflow, it was in dire need of an upgrade. The main programs I use are fairly streamlined, but I get a lot out of them. Most often, I use Final Cut Pro for editing, PowerPoint for motion templates and icons, and Canva for my thumbnails. But now, I’ve delved into Keynote ever since graduating from my university, and the performance bumps just keep on coming. Editing and Creative Tasks Firstly, let’s talk about editing. Then, I’ll delve into more of the creative work. Editing on this laptop is incredibly fast. Rarely do I ever see a slowdown or freezing. It does still happen. Very rare, of course. You can’t get everything to be absolutely perfect, but for 99% of the time, it just works. Even with the rare freezing, that only lasts a second at most, unless I do something in particular, which we’ll discuss momentarily. Now, Final Cut Pro is one of Apple’s native softwares, so naturally, it’s going to run buttery smooth with the M4 Pro chip found in this computer. I don’t think that this laptop is just powerful in its own realm. There are so many different benchmarks that show the power of the M chips compared to the alternatives. It’s pretty shocking how well Apple is able to keep up and even beat the competition. Making motion templates and small animations on Keynote with this laptop has admittedly been a bit of a transition for me coming from Microsoft PowerPoint. But despite the relatively new program to me, there have been zero performance drops at all with it. This laptop is so fast. So processing power-wise, I can’t find any qualms with this laptop from my perspective. Hardware Upgrades: Storage and RAM Now going into the upgrades I made for the storage and RAM, storage firstly was an absolute must for me. Do note that with Max, you cannot internally upgrade your storage. So you unfortunately need to configure it ahead of time. I went from the 512 GB of base storage to 1 TBTE. And being someone who bought the base storage with his last MacBook Pro originally, I found that it’s better to bump that up even just a tad if you want to keep your laptop for a while. Because once you hit that storage ceiling, your Mac will constantly remind you that you were low and there will be so many different tasks that you won’t be able to do. Something that was especially frustrating for me when I was a grad student. So getting that 1 TBTE upgrade was an absolute necessity based on experience for me. No more worrying about storage all of the time like with my old laptop. But with that said, I still keep everything saved in my external SSD for ease of data transfer and consolidation. So for instance, I have this SSD solely dedicated to my YouTube videos, which allows me to offload storage from my laptop to something that’s far cheaper to buy and I can always use it with my other devices and even future laptops. So storage in a nutshell for me has been painless and I intend to keep it that way. Analyzing RAM For RAM or random access memory, which is essentially hyperfast storage that’s used to keep your programs running on your computer simultaneously, I have not had any issues with it at all. And that’s because I upgraded from the base 18 GB to the whopping 48 GB, which I honestly feel as though I might have went overkill on the RAM and probably should have upgraded to the M4 Max chip with 36 GB instead because many folks, myself included, may honestly only need the base 18 GB or 24 GB of RAM with this thing. 48 just put it above everything I have ever used before. And coming from a laptop that constantly wind about being low on RAM, I was determined to not experience that again. So, absolutely zero issues with multiple open tabs, programs, and tasks running at the same time. None. If there are any suggestions you have for things I should do to further utilize this RAM more, leave them in the comment section down below. So bringing these three main components together, the processor, the storage, and the RAM, this laptop is an absolute monstrous productivity machine that is rarely bogged down.

iPad Mini 7

The NEW 2024 iPad Mini 7 – Everything You Need to Know

Apple Device

All right after 3 years it is here the newly upgraded iPad mini is it everything we hope for let’s talk about it. The iPad Mini 7 is Apple’s new generation of its small and portable mid-range tablet that starts at $500 same as last year which puts it right in between the entry level iPad and the performance focused model iPad Air so let’s see what this new one comes with and see if it’s worth it. Form Factor and Display Form factor wise this iPad mini is looking fairly similar to what we’ve seen before with just a slight added twist. The iPad Mini 7 Sports an 8in display with solid color accuracy and high brightness despite its small size. Yet it does not support Pro motion the 120 HZ refresh rate only found in the iPad Pro. Instead the mini7 Now features apple pencil hover which shows a little Shadow under the stylus tip to preview what you’re about to draw which is definitely nice to have as a nice little added feature on top of that we’ve got some new colors very nice. Camera and Connectivity For the camera the iPad Mini 7 is still sporting the same portrait or vertical selfie camera and the same rear camera as the previous generation which was expected for this iterative upgrade. But we might see some better photos with smart HDR 4 meaning Apple’s High dynamic range settings for better looking pictures. Connectivity wise we’re going to be seeing the same thing as the previous generation the USBC Port per usual which is fine but let’s get to the real show. Internal Specs and Performance The real upgrade is in the internal specs. After 3 years of waiting and waiting and waiting we finally have an upgrade for the iPad mini and it’s pretty good. The new iPad Mini Sports the a17 pro chip formerly found in the the now discontinued iPhone 15 pro and pro Max variants. The processor is solid and allegedly comes with six CPU cores and five GPU cores which is odd considering that’s one less GPU core than what the iPhones had six. Nevertheless this new processor will give that extra boost and performance the iPad Mini will need for the foreseeable future and enable it for Apple intelligence Apple’s new AI initiative which is rad. Storage and Battery Storage wise just as I had hoped for Apple finally did something the new iPad Mini this is actually what I’m excited about now starts at 128 GB instead of 64 thank goodness. Now I think it would have been even better if the tablet started with 256 GB to make it an almost linear upgrade from the entrylevel iPad but It Now Sports 128 GB which was such a necessary upgrade good stuff. Now for the battery not too much as known other than that iPads typically have pretty solid battery lives. They tend to last all day with Apple’s track record so I wouldn’t worry about this one at all and this new iPad Mini 7 will rock iPad OS with support for Apple intelligence meaning fairly future proof. Final Verdict Let’s get on to my verdict so the new iPad Mini what do I think? Well honestly it’s pretty much exactly how the rumors described it to be a smaller more iterative upgrade with some features that add a bit to the overall iPad Mini experience while also keeping the same price. It’s not bad I think it’s actually pretty nice since you’re getting essentially more tablet for the same price as before. But as some people have stated it’s nothing groundbreaking given how it’s been a long time since the last last iPad Mini update people were hoping for something new something exciting instead this is more or less the same with some added bonuses. The way I see this is I understand what people are saying this is a smaller upgrade than anticipated but I also find the added storage and processor upgrade finally make this pretty Niche tablet up to par with the other iPads and Apple’s lineup while also not encroaching on their territory by for instance taking features from other more expensive iPads. The iPad Mini is a pretty Niche product in general probably the lowest selling iPad of the four main ones but for those who do buy it they love it and so changing it radically with a design update might not be in Apple’s best interest at the moment because the company is focusing more on the Apple intelligence side of things instead of stirring the pot with its iPad Mini Market but that’s just a hunch. I’d say it’s fine for what it is we’ll eventually get a design update in the future but if you want a new small tablet right now the iPad Mini 7 is a good one to consider and that was my overview of the new 2024 iPad Mini 7 what do you think is it worth it let me know in the comment section down below. My name is cus it’s spelled like Cyrus but not like SE rooster just take a theer thank you very much for reading and have a wonderful day.

On The New iPhone 17 & The Best iPhone To Buy Right Now | iPhone 17, Pro, & Air

Apple Device

So, Apple just unveiled three new iPhones this year, and there’s one that’s about what we’d expect, another that is totally new, and one that is an absolute steal for the price. The iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max First, let’s talk about the phone that stayed in line with what we’d expect out of it, the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max. On your screen right now are some of the specs for the phone, with the most notable ones being the new processor, the A19 Pro, with Apple’s vapor cooling technology. So, a speedy phone that ideally doesn’t get too hot, especially compared to my 15 Pro Max, which does get hot on occasion, especially during the summer months. The phone gets an upgraded camera system with now up to eight time zoom, which is much better than what we’ve seen previously, and is getting there to Samsung’s offerings, but still not yet to that level. But the Pro models do sport a new unibody chassis, aluminum, which is odd coming from titanium because that titanium model in my opinion was really premium and tough to beat for the previous years compared to the alternatives. Stainless steel’s look came in second. But yes, back to aluminum for the iPhone. It comes with a unibody design that is allegedly super durable. Probably also makes things super simple for the manufacturing process. So good for Apple’s business. Durability and Display Updates The Pro iPhones and all of the iPhones this year come with this ceramic shield that make it extra durable on the front and back, protecting it from scratches and bruises. But we’ll need to see the tests by JRIG Everything to find out how durable these things are. Besides those, the screens look better. 6.3 in for the Pro model and 6.9 in for the Pro Max variant. So, looking even crazier with those bezels looking smaller than ever, which I like. Though, one thing I don’t like about the Pro models would be the colors. Man, there is no black, only silver, blue, and orange. I don’t know about these colors. They’re definitely creative, but not my style, frankly. Either way, the Pro models start at $1,99 for the normal and $1,199 for the Pro Max. The iPhone Air: A New Experiment Now, let’s talk about the new iPhone released, the iPhone Air. The thinnest, lightest iPhone that I truly don’t know how well it will sell. I talked about this in my last Article about all of the products Apple is releasing this month, but I really don’t know who this iPhone is for. It definitely does make the headlines, that’s for sure, and it’s a good-look phone, but due to it being super thin, it had to also make some sacrifices such as the battery life and camera system. There is only what seems like one sensor on this thing, but Apple calls it the fusion sensor, fusing two of them together. But still, I don’t know if this will bode well for those who are used to the two sensor lifestyle. Nevertheless, I actually really like this thin design. It’s minimalist, still iPhone, and actually does come with the colors I would want. Black, white, gold, blue. Not bad. The pricing is a bit of a painoint. $999 starting, so a bit pricey, actually. We’ll see how well this thing performs once the reviewers get their hands on it, but battery life-wise, I’m not too sure. The Show Stealer: iPhone 17 Lastly, though, let’s talk about the show stealer, the iPhone 17. The normal iPhone that most everyone will be picking up this year. This phone is fantastic. 120 Hz prootion display finally in the standard iPhone. The ceramic shield, that fusion camera system, but with two physical lenses. The colors are great with black, white, blue, green, lavender, and this is the best part, a starting price of $799. $800 for a phone that is essentially so close to being the iPhone Pro model. It’s truly not even a competition for most folks. It’s the iPhone Pro Light or 90% of the way to the Pro. It’s a great phone from what I can see. If you’re in the market to upgrade your iPhone, I think this is the one to get. Frankly, I’d still definitely wait for the reviewers to give their takes, but from what I can see, yes, the iPhone 17 is a great phone for almost everyone. It’s got some solid upgrades from what came before it. It kind of blurs the lines between the Pro models, taking a few features from them, and on top of that, it still has a great price. So, those were my thoughts on the new iPhones announced today. What do you think? Will you be getting one?  my name is Siruse. It’s spelled like Cyrus pronouncing C rooster. Just take it the tur. Thank you very much for reading and have a wonderful day. Peace.

NEW iPhone 16

On The NEW iPhone 16 & When Should You Upgrade?

Apple Device

So Apple just announced the new iPhone 16 and it’s fairly rad as expected. It’s well known that September is when Apple reveals the new iPhone and it’s becoming well known that for many people most of these annual upgrades are pretty incremental leading to less excitement. So my suggestion is to wait let me explain. Analyzing the Raw Stats On your screen right now are the raw stats of the iPhone 16 and 16 Pro as compared to the 15 and 15 Pro from last year and yeah there are a few differences namely the processor the new camera button and the AI features but besides those the new iPhone 16 is pretty similar to the 15 and even the 14. But going back in time to say the 13 which many people including maybe even you might be rocking there’s definitely a significant difference. There’s the new titanium design the dynamic Island the new buttons the AI features and so much more all of those incremental upgrades really add up over time and make for a fairly clean fresh experience for all of us. Apple’s Approach to Innovation Despite the familiarity of the iPhone operating system very often people talk about how apple is extremely slow to adopt the features of Android and frankly it is. Many iPhone features were first found on Android phones years before Apple adopted them. But one of the reasons behind this is caution. Apple has built a brand around the iPhone being premium smooth and refined so all of the new features it brings to the table need to be consistent with that brand. They must look good be super smooth and be well tested. So essentially Apple can use Android as a testing ground to see if these features work with the iPhone and its users which honestly is pretty interesting and explains why some iPhone updates seem fairly minor to maintain that very smooth and refined experience. Why Timing Your Upgrade Matters For those who upgrade phones every year incremental upgrades will probably make things less exciting but for those who hold on to your phone for a little while well that’s not necessarily A Bad Thing. Phones have gotten so expensive and despite a pretty good trade-in program from Apple people will still hold on to their phones for a long while so when they do upgrade after a long time they get a pretty refreshed experience. Heck the iPhone I’m recording on right now my carrier has it for a three-year contract not two by the time it’s up the next iPhone will have a host of new features compared to my 15 Pro Max and that’s pretty exciting to me. That’s not to say that I don’t want crazy evolutionary upgrades every year no innovation is really cool but it’s probably really hard for these companies to make sure their phones are stable while also bringing in more to the table we’ll just have to see what Apple comes up with next year. Final Verdict So for those who are coming from say an iPhone 13 or older the iPhone 16 looks to be a solid upgrade from what you’ve had before. But for those who upgrade more frequently and seem a little disappointed my recommendation would be just like I said at the beginning to wait more specifically until Apple brings something to the table that excites you more. My name is cus it’s spelled like Cyrus but not CER just take out the T. Thank you very much for reading and have a wonderful day.

Apple Sleep Score

Apple Sleep Score 1 Month Later Review | Too Simple?

Apple Device

So, for the past month, I’ve been using Apple’s new sleep tracker, Sleep Score, which has received fairly mixed reviews. So, how is it actually? Well, let’s talk about it. Apple Sleep Score Compatibility and Setup Apple Sleep Score released 1 month ago alongside watch OS 26 to all Apple Watches Series 6 and newer. So, if you have any of the following Apple Watches on your screen, you can use Sleep Score. To enable your sleep score, grab your iPhone and under the Apple Watch app, go to sleep and enable track sleep with Apple Watch. After that, wear your watch to bed and leave it on as you sleep. The next morning, press the dial on the watch and then scroll down until you see sleep where you’ll see your sleep score. How Sleep Score Calculates Your Results The sleep score is a number ranging from 1 to 100 that reflects how well you slept that night, which when you press the eye icon, you can see the different categories totaling 100, including your sleep duration, bedtime, and interruptions. Duration weighing 50% of the score, bedtime, and interruptions 20%. For duration, if you didn’t sleep around the general optimal 8 hours for the night, your score goes down. For bedtime, if you went to bed fairly late relative to your set bedtime in your watch, your score goes down. And for your sleep interruptions, if you wake up multiple times for a certain duration of time in the night, your score goes down. And that is your sleep score in a nutshell. Three factors totaling 100, which honestly is very simple for this app. But there’s still a bit more hidden within. Leaving that section by pressing the X up top puts you into the more detailed sleep assessment which shows your awake REM core and deep sleep times. And below that, your total sleep duration and then how you compare it to the last 2 weeks and finally your bedtime and wake time reminders for what you set when you got the watch. And that is the extent of the sleep app. The Reality of Sleep Tracking Accuracy But here’s the thing. I’ve had days when I got nearly a perfect sleep score and yet when I woke up I felt absolutely exhausted and that’s because this app only tells one half of the story. The biggest issue with the current sleep tracking methods and sleep science as a whole is that unless you have wires hooked to your head and body, the accuracy of your sleep tracking will be solely based on external factors and some internal factors such as how often you move while in bed, your heart rate, your body heat, etc. So because of that, sleep score and many other sleep trackers generally speaking might tell you that you slept well, but in reality what they’re actually saying is it seemed you slept well. Why Sleep Hygiene Matters Is this a giant revelation for me? No, not at all really. When Apple announced the new sleep score, it seemed too simple to assess your sleep quality. And to an extent that’s true, because it is hard to judge how well you slept. You could sleep for 10 hours, way more than the suggested eight, and yet feel way worse than if you slept for six. It just really depends. And that’s never a good answer to hear, especially for someone like me who bought the Apple Watch for the sleep tracking among other features. But I don’t think this really is a negative at all, honestly. First, the Apple Sleep app as a whole is actually really good. You can see the different stages of sleep you’re in. So you can make your own personal judgment on your sleep quality. And the sleep score, while simple, still does provide you with a good amount of information regarding variables you can optimize for better sleep. For instance, it is important to sleep at the same time every night. That consistency tells your body that it’s time for bed and so you can get into some sort of flow state more easily even with sleep. So bedtime factor is vital. For duration, it is really important to aim for the optimal sleep duration. That may depend on you, but for a majority of us, 8 hours would be ideal. And finally, it is super important that we don’t experience interruptions with our sleep. If we do, that sleep quality will by nature not be as high. Final Thoughts on Apple’s Sleep Tracking So, the sleep score really is a way for you to figure out your sleep hygiene, specifically factors that you can improve on relatively easily. And once I was able to optimize those and achieve super high sleep scores, I could assess how well-rested I actually felt. If I didn’t feel well rested after that near-perfect sleep score, well, that means something else was going on under the hood, which often times was the case. So, I wouldn’t necessarily write off the sleep score at all. Rather, I’d consider it as step one in the multi-step process of attaining that perfect sleep, which will come with both proper time and inward assessment, such as cutting down stress and eating earlier in the day, as a couple of suggestions I managed to pull off. Is it a miracle app that will tell you everything about your sleep? No. But it does get the ball rolling for you to make your own adjustments to a healthier lifestyle. So, that was my assessment of the Apple Sleep Score. It’s been a month and I’ve learned a lot about my body through using the Apple Watch. I’m incredibly grateful for it and can’t wait to see what else I can learn and teach you all about.  My name is Cirus. It’s spelled like cyc rooster. Just take out the tur. Thank you very much for reading

Sleep Score Apple Watch

Sleep Score: Apple Watch Series 11 – Simple Yet Informative

Apple Device

So, I’ve been using the Apple Watch Series 11 for a few days now. And out of all the features that it comes with, Sleep Score was the one I was most interested in. So, let’s talk about it. Getting Started with Sleep Tracking For starters, if you have the Apple Watch Series 6 or newer, you can use Sleep Score with Watch OS 26 and track your sleep. And in regard to it tracking your sleep, the information it gives is fairly modest, but also quite telling. How to Access Your Sleep Data Let’s first talk about accessing it. To track your sleep, go to your iPhone and under the Apple Watch app, go to sleep and enable track sleep with Apple Watch. Then you just wear your watch to bed and leave it on as you sleep. And the next day, press the dial on the watch and then scroll down until you see sleep where you’ll see your sleep score. Understanding Your Sleep Score Your sleep score ranges from 1 to 100 that reflects how well you slept at night. If you press the eye icon, you can see what goes into the total, including your sleep duration, bedtime consistency, and interruptions, which in my opinion is super simple, maybe too simple. Sleep is a very complex part of our lives and there are so many factors that contribute to us getting good quality sleep. So the simple sleep score definitely doesn’t encompass all of that. But thankfully there’s more under the hood because if you scroll down from your sleep score, you can get a lot more detail on how well you slept the night before, including your overall wake time, REM score, and deep sleep. And I am no sleep expert, but if you’re looking to deep dive into your sleep, this is probably the information you should be looking at. Is Sleep Score About Science or Hygiene? But going back to sleep score, for the past couple of days, I’ve been looking into how exactly to use it most effectively to improve my sleep. And I think I found the right answer. This Reddit post on your screen describes sleep score less about judging the quality of your sleep and more about your sleep hygiene. You see, if you look at my intended bedtime for my Apple Watch that I arbitrarily set, if I don’t go to bed at that time, my sleep score automatically goes down. Which, don’t judge my bedtime. last couple of nights. It was the weekend, so I finally got to sleep in a bit. But because of that factor, in addition to multiple interruptions I had for one night, my sleep score was not a perfect 100. So sleep score really seems to be a good judgment for how well you got ready for bed and how long you slept uninterrupted for as opposed to how well you slept in regard to sleep science. In other words, sleep score focuses on the simplicity of sleep. The Verdict: Is It Worth Using? There are other apps that you can use for more detailed sleep tracking with the Apple Watch, but judging sleep score for what it actually is, I think it’s pretty informative. Is it a simple little feature? Absolutely. Very simple. But does it tell you a bit more about yourself? A little bit. Yes. For me, at least through the future, I know I should be consistent with my sleep schedule on the weekdays. And I learned that yes, I do wake up in the middle of the night. At least it’s the middle of the night for me because I can hear my dad wake up early in the morning for him. So, it’s a little gimmicky, but I think sleep score is a great way to get yourself started with sleep tracking as a whole. Judging your score on if it’s high or low can motivate you to improve on your sleep hygiene a little. For instance, with me, I can maybe stick to the bedtime reminder with my Apple Watch and also sleep with earplugs on. But for the average Apple Watch user, I think sleep score is actually a good enough metric for someone to learn about their sleep and also have the option to be sucked into the science. Best part is though that you don’t have to be obsessed with it if you don’t want to because of the simplicity. That’s something I was a bit worried about with myself actually getting fixated on achieving that perfect sleep score and when I don’t get that almost placeboing myself into having a bad day. Thankfully, that’s something that this simple sleep score actually keeps me kind of away from. But there’s still the option to deep dive into your sleep health if you want because just within the same app, you can see how much you stayed in REM, how much deep sleep you got, how long you were awake, all that good stuff. From there, you can judge your real sleep score if interested. But for those who want something that just gives them a general idea of their sleep, sleep score is a simple yet informative feature that does that. So that was sleep score in a nutshell for the Apple Watch. What do you think? Do you like it? Let me know in the comments section down below. my name is Cirrus. It’s spelled like Cyrus Pix Rooster. Just take out the ter. Thank you very much for reading and have a wonderful day. Peace.

Every Apple Product Releasing Early 2026 | New MacBook, iPhone 17e, M5 Pro/Max, and more!

Every Apple Product Releasing Early 2026 | New MacBook, iPhone 17e, M5 Pro/Max, and more!

Apple Device

Apple is poised to release quite a few new products in early 2026 according to the leaks. So, let’s talk about them. Professional MacBook Pro Upgrades Coming up first, we have the M5 Pro and M5 Max MacBook Pros. Toward the end of 2025, Apple unveiled the M5 chip with the starter MacBook Pro model. And as was expected, the laptop received a pretty nice performance upgrade among other small updates as well. For this generation of M5 Pro and Max MacBook Pros, it is expected that they will retain the same relative design language as the past M series MacBook Pros with the next M6 Pro and Max MacBook Pros receiving the refresh design, such as a potentially different notch at the top of the screen, but we’ll see what happens with those next year. Updates to MacBook Air and the New Low-Cost MacBook Another laptop also poised to receive an update sometime during early 2026 is the MacBook Air, the M5 version. This new and also light laptop is going to be just like its predecessors, but hopefully even better with that M5 chip. From what reviewers have seen of the M5 processor from Apple, this MacBook Air will receive a solid upgrade, bringing it to 2026. And if there’s no price hike, it will be another great bargain for students and workers alike, just like the current MacBook Air. Lastly, the most unique device on this list is a new lowcost MacBook. Yes. So, instead of there just being the MacBook Air acting as Apple’s quote unquote starter laptop, there is potentially the 2026 MacBook. It’s been a long while since Apple had just the MacBook out alongside the Air and the Pro, but getting a new starter, just MacBook, will be nice for many students and general web surfers. This new lowcost MacBook is rumored to just be slightly smaller than the 13.6 in MacBook Air, so it’ll definitely be portable yet still sizable. But in regard to performance, the laptop probably won’t be advertised as being incredibly powerful, but it can probably still do a bit. The rumors point out that the laptop will likely sport the A18 Pro chip, which is from the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max. So, it should be pretty good for most general tasks. Though, if you get anything fairly demanding, such as photo or video editing, it’ll likely struggle, as would be expected for a lowerc cost computer. Budget iPhone 17e and Accessories Another good bargain in the near future is the rumored iPhone 17e, which is a continuation of Apple’s budget iPhone line. The iPhone 16E, which was the last E iPhone released before, was an iPhone that featured an older design with less powerful and headline engaging specs, but at a very reasonable price for an iPhone. This year, the 17e is rumored to release spring 2026 with a much more up-to-date design with potentially the dynamic island, thin bezels, and the iPhone 17 A19 chip. And the best part is the price, $599, which is great compared to the other offerings, but expect there to be some compromises with the design and specifications to compensate for that lower price, such as, for instance, a single rear camera among other things. But still, that price will be good for a lot of folks. Next up, the Apple Air Tag 2, which will receive some quality of life upgrades, such as improved tracking, better pairing, and improved battery life reporting. iPad and Smart Home Developments The starter iPad is also looking to receive an upgrade with the iPad 12 getting the iPhone 17’s A19 chip. And the new iPad Air is also receiving an upgrade to the M4 processor. Both good stuff for both iPads, though. Both of these will likely just be internal improvements with no real external design changes rumored as of now. But there is a rumor of a newly updated iPad mini with a more water-resistant design, which actually sounds like a great selling point for the smaller iPad and a great differentiator from the other options. Now, moving away from the iPads, the Apple TV and HomePod Mini 2 are also poised to receive upgrades. And there’s also the Apple Home Hub, which will interact with your smartome with Face ID, a 1080p camera, multiple profiles, etc. AI Advancements with Siri And the best news is that Apple also reportedly struck a deal with Google Gemini to power the newly updated Siri. So, there’s some actual stuff in the works for the AI assistant, especially given that Siri is in desperate need of an update. This honestly is probably my favorite news because she really could use an upgrade for 2026. Either way, those were all of the leaked Apple products for early 2026. Which ones do you like? Are there any that you’re looking for? Let me know in the comment section down below,My name is Cirus, that’s spelled like Cyrus, pronouncing s rooster. Just check out the ter. Every M5 Device Apple Announced Fall 2025

Every M5 Device Apple Announced Fall 2025 | M5 Chip Lineup

Apple Device

So, Apple announced the new and improved M5 chip being put into three different products this year with more releasing in 2026. So, let’s talk about what’s new. Understanding the M5 Processor The M5 chip is the newest processor by Apple that received a very solid upgrade this year from M4 with a significant boost to the CPU and GPU performance, resulting in some nice general performance boosts and even some actually surprising gaming performance boosts. So, great job Apple catering to its relatively small gaming audience. Although the M processors being better performing for games year after year will probably get the attention of gaming companies in the future. In addition to the processor also getting a significant boost to its AI performance as well. So from what I can tell the M5 processor in general is a great and fairly significant upgrade from what came before it. If you want a more detailed look at the chipset, definitely check out this video by Art is Wright who talks about the processor with many different applications. New M5 Hardware Lineup Now, taking a look at the products receiving this chip, we have three for 2025. The starter MacBook Pro 14in, the iPad Pro, and the Apple Vision Pro. A lot of pros. The Starter MacBook Pro (14-inch) The starter MacBook Pro being the product that is likely getting the most attention is without a doubt a good buy for those in the market. Now, I know taking a look at the Apple comparison chart online, the new M5 MacBook Pro does not look any different from the previous starter M4 MacBook Pro, but it actually is. And it still retains the same starter price, plus faster SSD performance and better RAM performance, too. It’s nice and an even great upgrade for those who have been using the older maybe M1 generation of MacBooks or even prem devices. Of course, these laptops are still tools for work, so focus on your needs here. But know that if you buy the starter MacBook Pro in 2025 and 2026, you’re getting the most new and improved device that keeps up with the competition. Is it something to upgrade for those who rock the M4, M3, or even M2 or maybe M1 processors? Probably not, especially M4 or M3, though. Maybe M2, potentially M1. But if you’re looking for a good performance laptop to go to, the Starter M5 MacBook Pro is a good option. iPad Pro Next up is the iPad Pro. And this one is again a good little upgrade to keep the iPad Pros in line with the rest of Apple’s lineup, but of course it’s more niche. The iPad Pro is the tablet for those who need the performance and are those super tabletly users. And for those individuals, yeah, the M5 upgrade is nice. Though the software needs to receive a bit of an upgrade, too. Most YouTubers have gone on record saying this, myself included, for a while. But the iPad Pro, including the M5 version, is very powerful, but also held back. It needs some more software freedom to really utilize the power of that chip because at the moment, there are only a few programs that can take advantage of that power. And even then, many of them don’t even reach its full potential. So, I’d say the iPad Pro, although a super cool device, is receiving an upgrade that is less substantial than the rest. but definitely nice to have for those looking to get a new iPad Pro with the most new and improved processor, which I’d say it’d be best to consider this one if you’re coming from any of the premium iPad Pros. Apple Vision Pro And finally, the last product receiving M5 is the Apple Vision Pro. The Vision Pro is a super interesting concept that I don’t think has received as much attention as Apple wanted in the years following its debut, but adding the new chip into the Vision Pro is a great upgrade for those just getting the device. And also, there’s a new strap that goes over your head for better safety and holding of the device under your head. The device now comes with a 120 Hz display, which is great for a smoother viewing experience. But, of course, the device still starts at $3,500, so it’s still very niche, and it starts with 256 GB of storage, so still fairly low in that storage department. But, the upgrade is a good step in the right direction. though hopefully Apple will make the Vision Pro or products similar to it more affordable for the general public in the future. And those were the three products receiving the M5 upgrade announced in October 2025 from Apple. What do you think of them? Will you be upgrading? Let me know in the comment section down below. And without further ado, my name is Cirrus. It’s spelled like Cyrus pronouncing C Rooster. Just take out the tur. Thank you very much for reading and have a wonderful day. Peace.
