Step1. Download Roku app

Step 2. Set Mobile Hotspot
If your Roku previously was connected to wifi connection use that wifi connection as well. You have to setup a mobile hotspot by using name and password of previous wifi.
Steps to create hotspot setup:
- Go to another mobile (in which app is not installed)
- Open hotspot settings
- Use same name and same password by which Roku was connected previously
- Turn on your hotspot
Note: Roku will connect automatically if name and password is same like previous wifi.
Step 3. Control Roku through app
When Roku got connected with hotspot then Roku app will detect that device

When you have got virtual remote then open settings and connect new wifi
